About This Team The Go‑To‑Market Evolution Team sits at the heart of the end‑to‑end value chain transformation of how lululemon operates. We are accountable for architecting the future‑state vision and GTM engine while providing strategic support, evaluating & driving synergies to deliver disciplined, measurable progress. We are experts in how all functional processes come together to make up our go‑to‑market value chain. This empowers us to bring voice to trade‑offs as we identify, design, and deliver evolutions that are best for the business, our teams, and our guests. We always keep the guest in mind when identifying and driving integration needs across the value chain and make recommendations for action in alignment with the Company’s overall strategy. The team members are essential thought partners with several areas of the Company, including executive leadership, global brand, regional brand, merchandising, planning, design, supply chain and other functions that support how we create and sell our product. The selected candidate will be a self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and team leader who can drive future growth opportunities, set strategic direction, and prioritize while integrating cross‑functional strategies into the GTM process. Core Responsibilities Ensure on‑time delivery of work‑streams, raise risks and flags to the GTM Evolution leadership team and lead complex and impactful initiatives and work‑streams under the overall transformation umbrella. Support the Director, GTM Evolution in executive reporting, materials, updates, and other documentation to enable effective decision making. Clarify strategic questions, design solutions, project‑manage your work‑stream, and create documentation. Enhance the GTM process by identifying strategic decisions, desired process and tooling capabilities, keeping the entire value chain in mind. Build trusted relationships at many levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy‑in for ongoing initiatives. Act as an internal advisor to cross‑functional leaders to define the problem, develop options, and design solutions. Conduct or guide detailed operational process mapping and capability modelling. Collaborate with other teams involved in business transformation programs – including enterprise transformation, product management, change management, communications, learning/training, org design – to plan and deliver transformation objectives on‑time and on‑budget. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting or direct business management. Demonstrated people‑management experience (formal leadership positions or leading cross‑functional or project‑based teams). Deep understanding of the apparel value chain, specifically the Product Creation Value Chain. Strong facilitation and problem‑solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions. Ability to frame problems, guide analytical modelling, and provide insights into solutions. Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shift. Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility, and trust. Self‑motivated, passionate, detail‑oriented, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently, and comfortable with ambiguity. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $116,000 - 152,600 CAD annually. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary with job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
