Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Front-end Software Engineer for one of our portfolio companies. As a key member of our front-end development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Responsibilities Collaborating closely with other developers and product owners to translate and implement innovative product functionality Proactively engaging in collaborative planning sessions with cross-functional teams Actively seeking opportunities to expand your skill set, staying informed about emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in front-end development. Contributing to a continuous learning environment within the team by encouraging knowledge‑sharing sessions, workshops, and collaborative problem‑solving Supporting junior staff in their professional growth by offering mentorship, sharing insights, and contributing to an atmosphere that encourages curiosity and skill enhancement Required Skills or Experience Five (5) years of experience of relevant work experience in a software development or contractor environment Two (2) years of experience working with Svelte framework projects Proficiency in using Tailwind CSS for building responsive and accessible user interfaces Experience in developing reusable UI components and design systems Excellent understanding of web page performance, debugging, and best practices Experience with reactive state management concepts Experience with module bundler systems and related web tooling concepts Experience working with REST APIs Experience leading small to midsize multi-product teams with demonstrated ability to mentor team members as well as provide technical guidance and oversight on implementation direction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills or Experience Experience working in start-up environments Experience with WebAssembly in medium to large-scale codebases GitHub profile with sample projects to showcase Compensation Base compensation of $125,000 - $140,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
