Responsibilities include:Leading system implementations, support for acquisitions, and integration of new entities.Serving as the primary IT point of contact for assigned functional areas, ensuring data integrity, coordinating testing, and configuring system functionality.Developing reports, analyzing workflows, and maintaining regulatory compliance.Participating in CloudSuite and Lawson upgrades, implementations, and post‑go‑live support.Mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices.Qualifications Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Ability to travel up to 50%.6+ years of Lawson/Infor full life‑cycle implementation experience.5+ years with both Lawson v.10 and v.11, and Infor CloudSuite.Experience integrating Lawson/Infor with EPIC/Meditech clinical systems.Proven Lawson/Infor implementation experience in a healthcare setting.Proficiency with Lawson modules, reporting, budgeting, planning, process flow setup, Crystal Reports, LBI, and Lawson Add‑ins.Experience defining process flows for Infor Process Automation.Hands‑on data conversion techniques and methodologies.Hands‑on Lawson end‑user support and troubleshooting.Preferred qualifications:7+ years of hands‑on IT systems/technology experience.Project management experience.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Employment Details Full Time – Days shift.
