What You’ll Do Assist inbound callers with account inquiries, provide advice, and recommend TD products or services. Deliver legendary customer service, ensuring each caller receives the right solutions for their banking needs. Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact, using empathy and skilled communication. Meet performance objectives: customer experience survey results, advice and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets. Participate in ongoing training and coaching to grow professionally. Where You’ll Work After completing in-person training, you will primarily work offsite from a secure, private workspace with a stable internet connection, spending the remaining time at TD locations for team events. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual – French & English. Strong communication and listening skills; curiosity to help customers meet their needs (experience in financial or service industries preferred). Ability to de‑escalate in stressful situations with empathy, care, and urgency. Multitasking and system navigation skills across multiple screens. Digital literacy across a broad range of devices: smartphones, tablets, laptops, headsets, etc. Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude in challenging situations. Independent work capability and ability to work as part of a team. Integrity in handling sensitive customer information in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
