Develop, retain, and grow the business by achieving individual and team sales goals. What you need to succeed Strong customer‑relationship skills and a commitment to excellent service. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment. Mutual Funds license and a commitment to completing the CIFP Diploma. In‑depth knowledge of retail banking products, credit, mortgages, and personal loans. Expert knowledge of mutual funds, including fund types, performance evaluation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Bilingualism in French and English is required. This position is based in person at our downtown Montreal office on Sherbrooke Street and requires flexibility to work rotating hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In addition to French, candidates must have sufficient knowledge of English, as the role involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups in Toronto and with clients who speak English.
