Role Name: Bonds Post Trade Support Functional Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite) Job Description Note Language Fluent in English French is a plus Working from home voluntary basis for up to 2 days per week after 3 months of joining subject to managers discretion Skills Needed Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience MANDATORY Strong understanding of financial markets specifically on US Corporate Bonds MANDATORY Prior experience working directly with Front Office traders in a highpressure trading environment ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations MANDATORY Good knowledge of Murex FrontOffice tools on MXIII Pricing Simulation Market Data standard reports Nice to have Solid knowledge of financial products vanilla including valuation principles and risk sensitivities Good communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Proactive mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic challenging and time sensitive environment Experience working offshore is a plus Responsibilities Provide daily functional support to Fron Office users mainly traders and Sales and ensure clear proactive communication with all stakeholders Investigate and resolve production incidents in collaboration with other Murex support teams Perform daily operational checks and ensure the stability of production environments Work closely with developers to deliver longterm solutions and enhancements that improve system performance and usability Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform quality reduce incidents and streamline user experience Collaborate efficiently with global support teams in Paris New York HongKong and Bangalore to ensure seamless followthesun coverage Deliver user training sessions and produce clear documentation for end users #J-18808-Ljbffr
