Overview Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an ISV Senior Account Manager to join the ISV Canada team. This senior‑level sales role focuses on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services by developing strategic ISV accounts across Canada, with positions available in Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services Identify and acquire potential AWS Software Competency Partners Accelerate customer adoption Maintain a robust sales pipeline Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption Manage contract negotiations Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts Ensure customer satisfaction Expect moderate travel Basic Qualifications 10+ years of technology sales experience 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology deals Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company Compensation Base salary range of $123,600 – $206,300 CAD annually for both Vancouver and Toronto locations. Total compensation may include sign‑on payments, RSUs, and sales incentives.
