Location The successful candidate's project assignment will be located in Cold Lake, AB. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial data ensuring positive cash flow for the project Provide technical engineering information to employees and subcontractors to ensure the project complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems and report them to the Project Manager Understand and perform document control functions, including tracking and creating of RFIs, transmitting and tracking of submittals, composing agreements and maintaining project expediting list Qualifications You have a construction‑related degree/diploma and three to five years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software Ability to support the project team and help to solve construction issues in time‑sensitive situations Experience in residential, commercial and institutional settings is a must Position located Cold Lake, AB (onsite) Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance Benefits EllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that offers continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment committed to inclusion and respect for diversity.
