Job Description Parsons is actively seeking a Program Director with experience leading Roadways/Highways design-build projects for the Ministry of Transportation in the Greater Toronto Area. What You’ll Be Doing We are looking for a seasoned Regional Highway Lead to grow our business in the GTA. A candidate with hands‑on project management experience for at least three to five large Ministry of Transportation (MTO) detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects can shape this position and the group to a model they know is successful. In this role, you will oversee and manage the overall civil design team on both conventional and design/build projects for MTO highway programs and play a key role in growing our business with the MTO. Supported by a strong design team, the Regional Highway Lead will manage design projects upon award. Required Skills You'll Bring University degree in Engineering (or related field) P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) designation required 15+ years of experience delivering major/significant MTO projects Hands‑on project management experience for 3 to 5 large MTO detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects Proven background of leading multidisciplinary design teams on challenging, high‑profile projects Project management experience for MTO Environmental Assessment and preliminary design projects preferred Salary Range: $152,400 - $202,400 Benefits: health, vision, dental, employer paid provincial care premiums, Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), Tax‑Free Savings Account (TFSA), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), life insurance, paid time off, sick leave, all province observed holidays, gym membership discounts.
