Our Vancouver based client is looking for an experienced SAP EAM Manager / Senior Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA program within the Mining & Metals sector. This is a HYBRID role, with some travel, requires strong functional leadership, deep EAM expertise, and the ability to work across multiple workstreams in a complex enterprise environment.Key Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of SAP EAM experience Mandatory experience in Mining & Metals industry Hands-on involvement in at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations with EAM as a core module Strong expertise in EAM Phase Model Configuration and RSH scheduling tool Experience working with SAP Fiori apps for EAM Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management in asset-intensive environments Experience supporting cross-functional workstreams (Reporting & Analytics, Integrations, Security) EAM data migration experience Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders Preferred Experience: Experience as Functional Lead / Solution Lead / EAM Lead on SAP programs Experience defining EAM standards, governance, and deployment models Exposure to complex integration landscapes with legacy systems Work Model: Hybrid role with required travel to Vancouver (approx. 4 days every other week) #J-18808-Ljbffr
