We are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing Team in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary. Candidates across Canada or the U.S. are welcome. This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. About the RoleAs the world’s most popular cloud‑based legal software, Clio depends on our customers for success. The Customer Marketing function focuses on enabling customers to excel by fostering product love, encouraging adoption of new features, and turning users into advocates. This position builds, scales, and optimises the referral programme, driving customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and launch experiments to extend the referral program. Own channel goals, track performance, and report on key metrics such as referral rates, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Monitor and analyse program performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations. Leverage customer and data insights to identify new segmentation strategies. Continuously test and optimise referral workflows, incentives, and messaging to improve user experience and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align referral initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure smooth integration. Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience in B2B software as a growth, demand generation, or customer marketer. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content. Proven success in driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns. Excellent relationship‑building skills and a strong positive attitude. Expertise with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Ambassador, Sendoso, Pendo, and marketing automation platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves and get work done. Proven cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to work with sales, customer success, and marketing teams. Strong project‑management skills and comfort with Asana or other project‑management tools. Thriving in a fast‑paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision‑making and strategy development.
