Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert who loves both building a platform and driving high-impact campaigns? This role is for you. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth and Performance, you will be the go-to person for everything Marketing Cloud at Groupe Nordik. You will turn our retention, upsell, and growth strategies into concrete activations across our three properties. Configure, operate, and evolve the SFMC environment (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio) and ensure platform governance (Business Units, permissions, suppressions). Develop and optimize high-ROI automated journeys (upsell, retention, reactivation). Write SQL queries and AMPscript scripts for advanced segmentation and personalization. Ensure complete QA for every campaign before deployment (email and SMS). Contribute to building the 360° customer view in Data Cloud and leverage transactional and behavioral data in activations. Manage and improve CRM performance dashboards in Datorama or Tableau, and produce analyses and A/B tests to guide decisions. Maintain integrations with Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Snowflake, and ensure compliance with consent and privacy regulations (PIPEDA, Law 25). Act as the technical reference for the internal team and Salesforce partners, and train team members on tools and best practices. To succeed in this role, you have : Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, business administration, or a related field. 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of AMPscript. Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and platform governance. Bilingualism (French and English) required to support our operations outside Quebec. SFMC certifications, knowledge of Snowflake/dbt, or multi-site experience (assets). The ideal candidate for this role have an : Analytical rigor and strong attention to detail. Autonomy and proactivity in solving technical challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a multi-property environment. Excellent communication skills — ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
