The Opportunity – Build the Future with Us Step into a pivotal leadership role supporting the construction phase of a large, complex infrastructure program. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, as Project Manager, Site Services & Material Testing, you will operate at the intersection of engineering and construction—coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the right expertise is available at the right time. Your work will directly support successful project outcomes. Your Impact Lead the coordination and oversight of Site Services, Material Testing, and Engineering Services During Construction (ESDC) across a major infrastructure program. Collaborate closely with Resident Engineers, Discipline Leads, Contractors, Project Controls, and Client representatives to align resources with construction schedules and enable timely delivery of site services including environmental, geotechnical, monitoring, and specialist disciplines to meet project requirements. Monitor and drive performance across ESDC deliverables, such as RFIs, submittals, field design changes, inspections, and as‑built documentation. Identify resourcing risks early and work with leadership to mitigate or escalate issues that have the potential to impact cost, schedule, or quality. Support budget development, cost tracking, performance monitoring, and change management to ensure delivery remains aligned with approved scopes and forecasts. Support the Design Quality Manager and Engineering Services During Construction Manager in auditing engineering deliverables for conformance with the procedures and management plans, identify inefficiencies in processes, and suggest opportunities for improvement. Support the Manager, Engineering Services During Construction in resolving high priority technical items on an as‑needed basis to maintain the construction schedule. Act as a management‑level escalation point for delivery, resourcing, and performance challenges during construction. Strong understanding of construction and engineering delivery processes, including ESDC workflows and environmental oversight. Proven ability to work at the interface of technical teams, contractors, project controls, and client stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in resource planning, budget monitoring, performance tracking and change management. Confidence reviewing and approving scopes, hours, invoices, and project‑related expenditures. Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced, collaborative environments with multiple delivery partners.
