Manage, maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on the needs of the various stakeholders (operations, development team, sales, account managers and customers) as well as dependencies. Collaborate with the development team to define feasible, resilient and scalable features. Implement monitoring solutions to measure the performance of applications and analyze various sources of usage data such as analytics and application logs. Manage the scope and expectations of stakeholders at all stages of the lifecycle, from feature identification to production delivery. Be the primary link between stakeholders. Work daily with development pods to facilitate implementation, testing and deployment of features in an agile environment. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and understand the content of deliveries, participate in the coordination of technical teams to ensure a consistent view of deliveries within agreed timelines. Work closely with other product owners and the product team. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years in a similar role and in a software development environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management or another relevant field. Knowledge of the Agile product development process. Experience and interest in complex B2B applications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
