Our international client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Corporate Finance to join their team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead comprehensive corporate finance operations, working directly with the CFO in a collaborative, hands‑on environment. You will manage a dedicated team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of all financial deliverables across a global enterprise. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all corporate finance departments: Treasury, FP&A, consolidations, group accounting, and financial reporting. Take full ownership of day‑to‑day corporate finance operations. Ensure the quality and timeliness of all corporate finance deliverables. Manage and mentor a team of managers, providing guidance and support. Collaborate closely with global controllers on treasury documentation and internal controls review. Navigate and understand the nuances of statutory reporting rules in various countries. Qualifications: CPA Required and: 10-15 years experience in corporate finance functions, similar to a corporate controller role. Strong background in both technical accounting/reporting and FP&A. Proven experience with Treasury functions in an international organization. Demonstrated ability to "get things done" and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables. Significant global consolidation experience, with an understanding of international statutory reporting rules. A Big Four background is ideally preferred. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and strong analytical review skills. Ability to operate independently and take initiative.
