Job Description Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of application systems; apply full technical knowledge and skills to complete assignments. What will you do? Deliver new design and development specifications based on customer requirements while adhering to standard procedures and techniques. Create test transactions and run tests to identify errors and revise application programs. Participate in post‑implementation reviews of application development content and processes; continuously share knowledge with the team. Support the implementation of application programs, fixing any existing or new bugs. What do you need to succeed? Hands‑on experience with the Databricks platform, including writing notebooks, managing clusters, using Databricks SQL, PySpark coding, and converting Microsoft SQL to Databricks SQL. Cloud and distributed computing production experience (e.g., Databricks/Spark, Snowflake, MLFlow) with strong Python and DevOps skills. Experience converting Microsoft SQL to Databricks SQL, implementing CI/CD, and release processing. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse, Spark/Databricks; knowledge of big data, modern data lakes, and data warehousing concepts. Flexibility and willingness to work across a delivery landscape that includes Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment. Strong technical contributions in a fast‑paced team environment, accelerating product recommendations and deriving insights. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical problem‑solving aptitude, and effective teamwork. Energetic, self‑motivated, willing to drive initiatives to success, and open‑minded toward novel problem‑solving approaches. Nice To Have Capital Markets knowledge or experience.
