SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer for a full‑time position (40 hours per week) in Canada. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in software development. 3+ years of strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). Proven track record of developing front‑end and back‑end applications. Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience in both technical planning and implementation‑level software design. Understanding of requirements capture, analysis techniques, and process improvement approaches. Excellent personal organization, with the ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks. Be comfortable working without routine supervision. A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies. Proven track record of practical, thoughtful problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities: Work with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain the software applications. Maintain a high level of quality across all of your work. Commit to and deliver on those commitments. Clearly and regularly communicate with team members and the team lead. Ensure the software you develop is well‑documented. Follow the project's software development lifecycle. Attend and contribute to company development meetings. Be responsible for developing and unit testing applications in accordance with established standards. Lead the development of major software components, systems, and features.
