We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and process owners to optimize ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow best practices Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to design and implement solutions Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) as per requirements Create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and test scenarios Support UAT and ensure business sign-off Manage backlog, prioritize requirements, and track delivery milestones Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data standards Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field 5+ years of Business Analyst experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.) Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification ITIL certification Experience with HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules Experience in integrations and workflow automation Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and in a team Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TAO Digital Solutions by 2x Get notified about new Business Analyst jobs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada .
