Opportunities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SAP IBP and P2P professionals across programs and projects. Ensure effective coordination between squads, driving continuous improvement across geographies. Act as escalation point for critical issues or team blockers. Provide guidance to stakeholders on technology orientation, investment, and expertise in SAP IBP, P2P and ecosystem. Work with project managers, team leads, architects, product owners, and SMEs to estimate effort for projects or small improvements. Collaborate with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and partners, leading continuous improvement activities. Develop relationships with key business partners to enhance the SAP solution’s effectiveness. Own application lifecycle management, optimizing solutions to maximize value from technology investments. Manage budgeting and planning for lifecycle activities and licensing. Promote an agile culture of servant leadership, collaboration, and accountability. Suggest improvements for solution maintenance and operations. Qualifications and Skills University degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of hands‑on SAP configuration experience in IBP and P2P modules. Minimum 2 years managing SAP functional teams and leading SAP project delivery workstreams. Outstanding expertise in SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, P2P, integration with MM and SD, and SAP best practices. Experience in a scaled agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). Experience with third‑party integrations with SAP. Solid understanding of S/4HANA or SAP ECC processes. High‑level experience with cutover, go‑live, and data migration. Experience with international and large‑scale projects. Training skills to share knowledge with peers. Diligent, innovative, problem‑solving focus with strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable in multi‑time‑zone environments, handling escalations. Experience managing professional services contracts and contractors. Adaptability to evolving environments and business realities. Proficiency in English (written and oral).
