Key Front-of-House Responsibilities Ensure smooth and warm guest interactions from entrance to exit Guide the flow of the dining room to optimize service and experience Maintain inviting visual presentation throughout the café Handle POS transactions and takeout packaging with precision Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless service Prepare for shift changes and assist in closing duties with professionalism Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards consistently A friendly, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles (a plus) Comfort with multitasking and team-based operations A deep appreciation for sweet experiences and genuine hospitality Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Hourly rate: $20-$24 per hour.
