Meet Your Future Team The People and Culture (P&C) team partners with all aspects of the business to drive the continuous evolution of people and business practices. In this role, you will provide direct support to three (3) senior P&C leaders. You’ll also collaborate with a high‑performing network of Executive Assistants (EA) who support our senior leadership team across the business. Role Responsibilities Managing complex calendars across time zones, anticipating conflicts, and proactively optimizing schedules Coordinating domestic and international travel, including multi‑leg itineraries and last‑minute changes Preparing accurate, timely expense reports in alignment with internal policies Managing inboxes with discretion, prioritizing communications, and ensuring timely follow‑ups Creating meeting agendas, capturing notes, and tracking action items to ensure alignment Acting as a liaison to facilitate effective communication across departments Supporting logistics for in‑office and off‑site meetings, including room bookings, materials, and tech setup Planning and coordinating offsites, workshops, and Live It team experiences aligned with our culture and goals Anticipating executive needs and resolving potential issues before they arise Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders Building strong cross‑functional relationships to support decision‑making and strategic priorities Supporting team or project administrative tasks as needed Contributing to special projects and initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes Future Projects Advancing your professional development based on your interests and career goals Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline P&C operations Collaborating with other EAs to strengthen support across the P&C function and the broader business Qualifications 4+ years’ Executive Assistant experience, and you are looking to grow your career as an EA Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and bring strong business acumen Excel at managing the logistics of multiple senior leaders, from agendas and pre‑reads to action item follow‑ups Excellent time management skills and can confidently prioritize and adapt in dynamic environments Demonstrate sound judgement, emotional intelligence, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Embrace technology to drive efficiency and business outcomes Comfortable building relationships across all levels of the organization and working in a hybrid/remote environment Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and develop polished, executive‑ready materials Travel logistics pro—comfortable managing complex, evolving itineraries Passion for your work and for getting outside to Live It Compensation The salary range for this role is CAD$82,000–CAD$108,000 (midpoint $103,000). This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
