Oversee the various management activities for each of the store departments under your supervision; Be responsible for the profitability and smooth operations of each store; Define objectives, communicate expectations and perform the necessary follow-ups for continuous improvement with your team and supervise the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, merchandising, sales per hour/person in order to ensure business readiness; Select, train, evaluate and motivate team members, surrounding them with competent people.
