We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Program Manager to lead customer programs from project launch through production, delivery, and ongoing account support within a precision manufacturing environment.This role is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and coordinating cross‑functional execution across engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and supply chain teams. The successful candidate will drive program performance, customer satisfaction, on‑time delivery, profitability, and continuous operational improvement.The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically knowledgeable, customer‑focused, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer programs from initial launch through production and final deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding schedules, deliverables, updates, and issue resolutionCoordinate activities across engineering, production, purchasing, quality, and shipping departmentsDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules, KPI dashboards, milestone tracking, and reporting toolsMonitor program scope, timelines, costs, risks, and overall execution performanceEnsure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed internallyIdentify project risks proactively and implement corrective actions when requiredSupport quoting handoff, production planning, and design‑for‑manufacturing discussionsTrack open action items and drive accountability across teamsLead internal program reviews and customer status meetingsAssist with improving project management systems, reporting structures, and operational processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery, communication, quality, and customer satisfactionRequired QualificationsPMP Certification requiredMinimum 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, quality standards, and customer expectationsExperience managing multiple customer programs or projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering, production, purchasing, and quality teamsStrong problem‑solving skills with the ability to drive execution and accountabilityAdvanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting functionsExperience using ERP/MRP systems and project management platformsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools is strongly preferredPreferred ExperienceBackground in metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, sheet metal, mechanical assemblies, automation, aerospace, defence, medical devices, industrial equipment, or custom manufacturingFamiliarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systemsExperience interpreting engineering drawings, BOMs, routers, purchase orders, and production schedulesExperience supporting new product introduction (NPI), prototype‑to‑production programs, or custom manufacturing builds#J-18808-Ljbffr
