About the Role As a Project Coordinator, you will gain exposure to complex, multidisciplinary projects and collaborate with teams across the world—building a strong foundation for career growth within project management. Responsibilities Develops multi‑use master plans that showcase strong design sensibility, creativity, and integration of planning, landscape, and architectural elements. Apply contemporary design thinking and innovative approaches to a wide range of planning assignments. Creates and communicates master plans from the ground up—whether starting with a blank site or working within existing development contexts. Synthesizes complex information into clear, actionable content to support client discussions and decision‑making. Translates verbal and written direction from project managers into polished, professional design documents and deliverables. Ensures all design outputs and documentation meet or exceed client expectations. Supports the preparation and delivery of management‑level presentations that build client confidence and achieve project objectives. Mentors junior and intermediate landscape designers, sharing master planning expertise and contributing to their professional growth across teams. Qualifications College or University Degree in Landscape Architecture, or Urban Design Architecture or equivalent. 7 years and above of professional experience. Experience working on complex international master planning projects. Experience working on mixed‑use development projects. Entertainment design experience such as theme parks, water parks, snow park, resorts and visitor attractions is not required, but is desirable. Interest and experience in tourism, visitor and guest experience and large‑scale public spaces will be a strong asset. Required Skills Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving methods. Exceptional design, illustration, and visualization skills across multiple mediums. Skilled in communicating design with intent through detailed plans, diagrams, and 3D visualizations. Strong presentation, organization, and project coordination capabilities. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to manage workload, meet deadlines, and produce high‑quality deliverables with minimal supervision. Capable of generating ideas independently, rapidly, and fluently, and translating them into clear concepts for team discussion. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team environment. Proficiency in the following software skills Other rendering and visualization software Sketchup and 3D modelling. Revit experience is not required but is desirable. Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiency in computer file management Preferred Skills Experience working on mixed‑use development projects. Entertainment design experience such as theme parks, water parks, snow park, resorts and visitor attractions is not required, but is desirable. Pay range and compensation package This is a regular, full‑time position with a salary range of: $123,000 - $140,000. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
