Locations Showing 1 locationMarkhamDescription Position Type:Full TimeDepartment:ITWork Location:MarkhamWork Arrangement:HybridWork Hours:Monday to Friday - standard business hoursTravel Required:NoResponsibilities A Day in the Life (What you will do here):Platform Development & ConfigurationDevelop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other declarative tools.Support the implementation of business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Contribute to application development following established architecture and coding standards.Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements (including healthcare data privacy where applicable).Enhancements & Continuous ImprovementParticipate in sprint activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Assist in identifying opportunities to improve performance, usability, and system efficiency.Support ongoing enhancements and bug fixes for the Salesforce platform.Integration & Data ManagementCollaborate with MuleSoft, integration teams, and data analytics teams to support API-driven integrations and reporting.Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.Follow best practices for secure data handling and governance.Quality, Operations & SupportFollow development best practices including testing, documentation, and code reviews.Support Tier 2 production issues and troubleshooting.Contribute to platform reliability and system stability.Work closely with administrators, analysts, and developers to deliver solutions.Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation practices.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Other duties as assigned by your manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, triggers, OmniScript, integrations, and declarative automation.Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical vertical is an asset.Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security best practices.
