Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst – Operational Resiliency Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Operational Resiliency initiatives across Banking, and Operations Partner with business stakeholders to identify critical business services, dependencies, risks, and controls Gather and document business and technical requirements Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and resiliency reviews Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) and disaster recovery planning activities Coordinate cross-functional workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and control frameworks Track project milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables Prepare executive-level reporting and status updates Required Skills & Experience: Strong PM or BA experience within banking or financial services Deep understanding of: Operational Resiliency Risk Management Controls / Governance Business Continuity Management (BCM) Incident / Crisis Management Experience working on enterprise-wide regulatory or operational risk programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with process mapping, documentation, and gap analysis Ability to work in fast-paced, highly visible environments Preferred: Experience in Canadian banking environment Familiarity with OSFI guidelines / resiliency frameworks PMP, CBAP, CBCP, or similar certifications
