Event Overview This role takes place on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The position lasts 9 hours: 3 hours training, 1 hour pre‑event team call, and 5 hours in store on the event day. Successful completion may lead to future Pet Ambassador work through Royal Canin. Full training and certification by Premium. Responsibilities Tidy and face client’s products on shelves and ensure POS material is set up. Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents. Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to increase recommendations and sales (under client guidance and manager approval). Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging pet parents and their pets in‑store and at events. Delight customers with pet health information and personalized product recommendations. Set up demos/displays as required. Maintain and use client material such as equipment and handouts. Support recommendations driving special projects as needed. Qualifications Pet enthusiast who cares about pet health and nutrition. Reliable transportation to multiple stores in your area. Smart device for reporting. Experience working with pets (preferred). RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in pet field (preferred). Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 18 years or older.
