As we scale our product portfolio, we are seeking a strategic product leader to define the next phase of innovation, commercial growth, and platform expansion. The Opportunity This is a high-impact, executive-facing leadership role with a dual mandate: Lead product strategy, innovation, and commercial growth for SnapOn Software Provide executive oversight of internal technology and IT operations during a transition period What You’ll Do Product Strategy, Innovation & Growth Define and operationalize a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to company growth objectives Identify and validate new market opportunities, leading product development from ideation through commercialization Own and drive software revenue growth, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver against targets Establish a customer-centric product discovery framework, grounded in user insights and market intelligence Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product organization (Product Management, Design, Engineering alignment and Development) Implement performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to enable data-driven product decisions and accountability Champion the integration of AI, automation, and emerging technologies across the product suite Expand and strengthen strategic partnerships within the different ecosystems like Microsoft, NetSuite/Oracle and Salesforce Technology & IT Leadership Provide executive oversight of internal IT systems, infrastructure, and security posture Ensure operational stability, scalability, and compliance across all technology platforms Rationalize and optimize the enterprise technology stack and vendor ecosystem Establish business continuity and risk mitigation frameworks Lead the transition and handoff of IT leadership responsibilities to a dedicated function What You’ll Bring 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity Demonstrated success in building and scaling B2B SaaS products with measurable commercial impact Strong understanding of product commercialization and revenue ownership Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, and cloud-based architectures Experience overseeing or partnering closely with IT operations and infrastructure functions Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments Able to manage budget, interact with sales and drive product pipeline through established GTM teams Differentiators Experience within the Microsoft, Salesforces and or NetSuite/Oracle ecosystem Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or automation platforms Background in professional services or hybrid SaaS/services business models Experience scaling product organizations from early-stage to growth-stage Advanced business or technical education (MBA, MSc, etc.) What Success Looks Like Early wins in product clarity, roadmap, and execution cadence Launch of new or enhanced product capabilities within the first 6 months Clear traction in customer adoption and revenue growth A scalable product foundation positioned for long-term expansion #J-18808-Ljbffr
