Help grow our hyperscale and colocation market presence and drive new product introductions (NPI) for CoolIT’s liquid‑cooling solutions. Responsibilities Drive sales growth in hyperscale and colocation markets and existing server OEM relationships. Secure NPI opportunities by delivering deep technical expertise and engaging presentations, including 3‑D CAD renders and simulations. Guide customers through early‑stage product planning, balancing technical and commercial risks. Build strong customer relationships and become the go‑to resource for liquid‑cooling program planning. Use proven tools and processes to provide fast, high‑quality information that differentiates our team. Help expand adoption across the CoolIT product portfolio, including CDUs, rack manifolds, cold‑plate loops, rear‑door heat exchangers, and software solutions. Represent CoolIT as a liquid‑cooling expert in industry groups such as Open19, OCP, ASHRAE, and TC9.9. Follow all company policies and procedures. Travel internationally 20 % or more of the time. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 5 + years of product development experience. Preferred Qualifications 5 + years of experience in data‑center thermal technologies.
