By bridging customers and internal engineering teams, they directly contribute to customer success and business growth through design wins and long-term partnerships. **Responsibilities** * Provide expert-level technical support to customers integrating Silicon Labs’ 802.15.4 wireless software stacks* Debug, analyze, and resolve complex embedded software and networking issues in customer applications* Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, application notes, and example code* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and quality teams to improve software usability and performance* Act as a customer advocate by translating field feedback into actionable improvements for internal teams* Support customer design cycles from evaluation through production, helping secure and expand design wins* Deliver clear and effective communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders*Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field* 5+ years of experience in embedded software development* Strong programming skills in embedded C* Experience with networking software and protocols* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills in embedded systems* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customers*The following qualifications are considered a plus:** Experience with wireless technologies, especially IEEE 802.15.4 (e.g., Zigbee, Thread, Matter)* Familiarity with low-power embedded systems and IoT applications* Experience in customer-facing or applications engineering roles**Skills You Will Need** Bilingual proficiency in English and French **Benefits & Perks** By joining Silicon Laboratories Canada ULC, you will evolve within a young, dynamic, and exciting team where knowledge sharing is highly valued.
