What you will do Coordinate BIM/VDC services on multiple civil & infrastructure projects. Manage a team of VDC coordinators. Foster and develop team members, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback and training. Define clear expectations for team members and ensure accountability for quality and deadline respect. Actively foster a learning environment, share knowledge, and be an ambassador for innovation in construction. Organize, clarify, and assign specific tasks and projects to team members. Follow up on projects with project teams and evaluate/optimize processes in collaboration with counterparts. Ensure team cohesion and collaboration (Synergy). Know all VDC services and tools available; evaluate possibilities of selling services on projects. Prepare project service offers with cost assessment in collaboration with the VDC Innovation Manager. Participate in all project phases, from pre‑construction to delivery. Encourage innovative solutions and report to the Innovation Manager. Celebrate successes and contribute as a key member of the work team. This role could be for you if you have A bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience coordinating civil works in the construction industry. Recognized expertise in BIM project coordination and teamwork. Experience in resource management. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D, Tekla, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, and ESRI ArcGIS.
