Senior Manager, Regional Human Capital Lead the Regional Human Capital team and collaborate with National and Regional Partner Leaders to deliver people‑focused support that aligns with business goals and enhances a value‑based culture.ResponsibilitiesLead Human Capital operations including total rewards, experienced and campus strategies, operational excellence, learning and development planning, talent management, and performance management of RHCCultivate and maintain relationships with National/Regional Human Capital, regional Managing Partner, for the region, while driving culture and team member engagementCollaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goalsFacilitate HR planning and operations with the Regional Managing Partner and/or Partners to align business functional priorities and programmingLead as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, supporting them through the employment life cycle while ensuring relevant legal, procedural, compliance, and people solutions are consideredLead the evolving regional recruitment, hiring and engagement programs to compete in a fast‑changing talent marketAs a change enabler, respond to the transformative requirements within HC to facilitate Regional Operations execution, ensuring alignment with Firm strategies and programsManage terminations as appropriate, ensure exit and stay interview trends are understood, participate in employee relations and dispute resolution meetingsConsult and guide leaders, and collaborate with national and regional teams through the talent process, goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, improvement plans and on matters related to policies, guidelines, disciplinary issues, employee relations, workforce planning, legal matters, recruitment and developmental opportunitiesLead teams to operational excellence, legislative compliance, human capital service quality, delivery and efficiencyPrepare and deliver presentations for internal and external business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetingsAnalyze statistical reports to identify and determine trends; identify and address issues that impact morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism and productivityOversee the facilitation of regional learning and development administration and the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) programsContribute to the development of innovation, creativity, and approaches to improve regional work processesCollaborate outside of region for appropriate Firm initiatives and prioritiesMentor, motivate and coach HC team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviewsPlay a leadership role with DE&I in alignment with our internal strategy and regional grassroots activitiesSkills and ExperiencePost‑secondary education and accreditation with Human Resources (HR) specialtyCompletion of, or working towards, CPHR designation7+ years of HR leadership experienceProfessional services industry experience is considered an assetProven people management, relationship building and leadership skillsAI literacy and data analytics capabilitiesIntermediate experience in Microsoft Office suite of productsExperience with UKG Pro an asset With a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP offers customized rewards that support a balanced lifestyle.
