We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer skilled in Java and React to develop and maintain our web applications. The ideal candidate will be involved in all stages of the development process, from design to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The Role Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and React.js. Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and turn them into functional features. Build and consume RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend services. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Stay updated on new trends and technologies to apply best practices. Requirements You are: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and React. Hands‑on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Version control experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab. Knowledge of build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Maven, or Gradle. Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice‑to‑have It would be great if you also had: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to microservices architecture. Understanding of security standards like OAuth2, JWT.
