Location: Hybrid – Toronto JOB DESCRIPTION 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst in enterprise data warehousing environments. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts including Dimensional Modeling (Kimball), 3NF, MDM, metadata, and data governance. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT platforms and data pipeline processes. Strong SQL skills for data analysis, profiling, validation, and troubleshooting. Proven experience writing detailed business requirements, functional specifications, source-to-target mappings, and test cases. Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to bridge business and technical teams. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with data lineage, metadata management, and data cataloging. Exposure to data quality frameworks, DQ rules, and governance/compliance initiatives. Understanding of data modeling and enterprise architecture concepts. Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments (banking/financial services preferred).
