DESCRIPTION Nortak Software is currently seeking Project Leaders with the following qualifications: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field from a recognized Canadian academic institution or validated by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years in Agile product management including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement Minimum two (2) years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Gitlab, or AWS DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and roadmap planning Minimum two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years managing a software development team of at least three (3) people Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC RATED CRITERIA Within the past 5 years, delivered backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization outputs that directly supported software development and feature delivery Within the past 5 years, delivered on projects that required engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements or feedback, and translating those needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, or other delivery-ready product requirements that supported software delivery Within the past 5 years, delivered on products that required coordinating with software development teams to support timely completion of features, iterations, or releases LOCATION OF WORK Hybrid: Ottawa / Gatineau (NCR) and remote Nortak is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
