You’ll work closely with developers, your manager, architects, and partner teams to align priorities, plan work, and ship reliably. People and team Lead and support a team of software developers, fostering engagement, growth, and accountability Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support through one‑on‑ones and goal‑setting Mentor team members and invest in their professional development Create a culture of trust, transparency, and ownership where the team is empowered to make decisions Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team growth initiatives Delivery and execution Organize, monitor, and adapt team activities using Kanban Translate product direction and organizational priorities into clear, actionable plans Identify and remove obstacles, risks, and dependencies that impact delivery or team health Ensure accountability for quality, reliability, and operational readiness Coordinate with partner teams on shared dependencies and integration points Continuous improvement Continuously improve team processes and ways of working Foster experimentation and adaptation: inspect what works, change what doesn’t Support incident response when required, and drive follow‑up improvements What you’ll work on The scope spans the full lifecycle of a workload on our platform: Platform orchestration: turning service declarations into provisioned environments with the right configuration, secrets, and routing Infrastructure and hosting: Kubernetes cluster operations across cloud and on‑premises, compute, storage, and networking foundations Build and deployment: standardized CI pipelines, artifact packaging, environment promotion, and rollout strategies (canary, blue‑green, progressive) Identity and networking: workload identity, ingress, certificates, network policies Hybrid distribution: a deployment model that works in the cloud and on‑prem, including air‑gapped scenarios You won’t be writing code full‑time, but you need enough technical depth to make sound trade‑offs, guide architecture discussions, and earn your team's trust.
