Position Summary The Planning Systems Manager is responsible for supporting all IT projects, reporting, dashboards, and planning tools that enable the S&OP and broader supply chain planning functions. This role serves as the technical subject matter expert on ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools within the planning organization, partnering with IT and the BI development team to design, build, and maintain solutions that drive planning efficiency and data visibility. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary supply chain subject matter expert on ERP system configuration, planning parameters, and data integrity for the planning organization. Lead and support IT projects related to supply chain planning, including ERP enhancements, system upgrades, module implementations, and integrations. Partner with the company's BI development team as the planning function's liaison to define requirements, validate outputs, and guide the development of dashboards and reports. Develop, maintain, and improve BI reports and dashboards to support S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory KPI visibility. Identify opportunities to automate manual planning processes through system tools, macros, or BI solutions; drive implementation in partnership with IT. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within ERP planning modules; investigate and resolve system discrepancies in collaboration with IT and operations teams. Train and support planning team members on effective use of ERP and BI tools. Document system configurations, data definitions, and user guides for planning-related tools and processes. Stay current on INFOR/SyteLine capabilities and roadmap; evaluate and recommend relevant system features to improve planning processes. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field required. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems administration, supply chain IT, or a planning systems role within a manufacturing environment. ERP expertise required; INFOR/SyteLine experience highly preferred. Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) required; experience as a BI development partner or report developer preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting or leading ERP implementation or enhancement projects. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data querying tools preferred. Experience working within an S&OP or supply chain planning environment preferred. ASCM CPIM certification preferred. Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast‑paced, high‑growth organization. Compensation Compensation will be based on internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
