Overview Sales Representative – Software Solutions (SaaS): As a Sales Representative - Software Solutions (SaaS) and member of the Sales and Marketing team, your primary role will be to conduct initial demonstrations of our Fidelio ERP software for prospective and potential clients. You will also be involved in client prospecting and qualification as part of our growth in the North American market. Relying on professional sales techniques, you will play an active role in developing opportunities and commercial proposals. Responsibilities Conduct initial demonstrations of Fidelio to showcase its key features, benefits, and added value to prospective and potential clients. Generate leads and contribute to the development of Fidelio ERP's North American market by actively converting new opportunities into target accounts. Make prospecting calls to corporate clients, targeting and engaging key decision-makers (President, VP, Directors, etc.). Develop a network of contacts by participating in events, trade shows, webinars, etc. Identify market opportunities to build strong business relationships and a solid pipeline of prospects. Document best practices with our ERP solution and share them with clients and prospects. Follow up with potential clients and the Sales and Marketing team.
