OVERVIEW Responsible for driving national sales growth by developing strategic client partnerships across North America. This role focuses on acquiring and managing high-value accounts, delivering customized signage solutions, and positioning JD Sign Group as a trusted partner through consultative selling and exceptional service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Business Development Identify, target, and secure national and enterprise-level clients. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Build networks across industries such as construction, retail, and trade show fabrication. Engage senior decision-makers (Directors/VPs) to generate new business opportunities. Account Management & Relationship Building Manage and grow key national accounts through long-term partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment with client goals. Deliver consultative solutions tailored to client branding and operational needs. Sales Execution Achieve revenue targets through high-value deal closure. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and customized solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client needs. Provide insights to refine sales strategies and enhance offerings. Leadership & Representation Support and mentor junior sales team members. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. PERFORMANCE METRICS Achievement of national sales and revenue targets. Growth, retention, and expansion of key accounts. Pipeline strength and conversion rates. Client satisfaction and repeat business. WORK ENVIRONMENT Office-based in Cambridge with flexibility for national travel as required. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, construction, design, or related field (preferred). Experience 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including management of large or national accounts. Minimum 1+ year in signage, graphics, display, or related industries (preferred). Proven success selling to senior-level stakeholders (Directors/VPs). Experience supporting national or multi-location rollouts is an asset.
