Our client, a top Canadian bank, is hiring an Account Manager, Commercial Banking Agriculture for Southwestern Ontario. Reporting to the Associate Vice President – Agriculture, Ontario, the Account Manager, Commercial Banking Agriculture will manage a portfolio of clients and provide client support within the agribusiness community. RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement business development strategies to ensure sustained growth in agriculture Perform analyses of your protfolio to identify oppportunities for clients' changing needs Establish trust-based relationships with colleageus and collaborate with your team Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients Understand the general issues specific to the various agriculture production sectors Particpate in targeted industry activities to generate contacts and grow your network DESIRED PROFILE: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in banking and credit indsutry is an asset Aptitude for sales and business development Confident, independent thinker and self-motivated Knowledge and involvement in the agriculture industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
