The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst (C13) is an intermediate-level role responsible for supporting and advancing DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native platform capabilities. This role partners closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure stable, scalable, and secure application platforms. The analyst applies infrastructure and DevOps expertise to troubleshoot issues, automate processes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to technology standards and best practices. Responsibilities Design, implement, and support end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Lightspeed and Jenkins. Convert Python scripts and configure to align with CI/CD standards in Lightspeed pipeline. Code review and ensure python scripts are in line with CI/CD standards with proper unit test coverage and vulnerability assessments. Integrate CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket and GitHub for source control and change management. Develop and maintain automation using Shell scripting to improve deployment efficiency and reliability. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications on microservice architecture. Provide hands‑on support for OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms, including application deployments, capacity monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot and debug production issues, optimizing application performance and stability. Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration) to ensure code quality and system reliability. Support containerized microservices architectures and assist with service mesh concepts and implementations. Monitor application and container logs, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis for production incidents. Utilize observability tools such as Kibana and Grafana to maintain platform health, stability, and performance. Support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), release, and promotion processes using tools such as ServiceNow. Ensure adherence to change management, release governance, and operational readiness standards. Follow and contribute to infrastructure and DevOps standards, policies, and best practices. Identify, assess, and escalate risks related to system stability, security, and compliance in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Partner with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback. Act as a subject‑matter resource for platform and DevOps‑related topics. Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior analysts. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and adhering to policy. Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in DevOps, application development, platform engineering, or infrastructure delivery roles supporting infrastructure or application hosting environments. Strong Python (3.x) development skills, a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and real‑time experience with DevOps methodologies to build, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable applications. Strong proficiency in Python 3.x, Anaconda, and debugging skills. Strong experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Lightspeed, GitHub/Bitbucket). Hands‑on experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes in production environments. Proficiency in Shell scripting for automation and operational tasks. Experience with release and change management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). Practical experience with container monitoring and logging tools such as Kibana and Grafana. Experience managing hardware or platform capacity planning. Solid understanding of SDLC processes and DevOps practices, including automation, continuous delivery, and operational support. Strong cross‑functional communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and mentor within a team environment. Experience driving operational improvements and process optimization. Background in Financial Services or large, complex, and/or global environments. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in dynamic environments. Experience working with distributed or virtual teams.
