Lead and mentor the crew, fostering a calm, professional cockpit and cabin environment - even under pressure. Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, fuel and payload management, and risk assessments. Partner with dispatch, maintenance, and client services to deliver on-time, customer-centered operations. Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best-in-class airmanship at all times. Required Experience and Qualifications Total time: 3000 hours Pilot-in-command (PIC) time: 2000 hours Jet time: 500 hours Type rating: Not required (Training Provided) Flight time notes: Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain License required: ATPL Accepted licenses: TCCA Medical: Class 1 Language: Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4 Preferred Qualifications GALX type rating on applicable aircraft preferred Gulfstream 200 experience considered a strong asset International flying experience preferred Key Personal Attributes Customer focus: Strong customer service orientation with a polished, client-first approach.
