Job Location Belleville, Ontario Job Description We are building an entry level Manufacturing & Engineering Technical Manager for our Belleville Plant, located in Belleville, Ontario. The role will start in Summer 2026 and will be based on-site. Job Responsibilities Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements. Daily coordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets. Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader. Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects. Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs, and ensuring sustainable solutions. Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. What else can you expect?
