Superintendent – Mixed-Use Concrete Tower Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Project Manager and regularly communicate updates such as field reports, safety inspections, staffing requirements and schedule updates. Oversee subcontractor performance with regards to safety and scope of work. Ensure sufficient staffing is provided to achieve safety, schedule and quality objectives. Identify and advise of design deficiencies, schedule interruptions or difficulties, and other project issues. Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, site instructions and change notices to ensure scopes, terms and conditions are properly executed. Supervise and direct trades and laborers through regular instruction, communication and feedback. Support CSO and head office in ensuring all employees, subcontractors and contractors are adhering to the safety policies. Skills & Qualifications At least five (5)+ years of experience as a superintendent for a general contractor on high‑rise concrete projects. Exceptional technical knowledge and ability to translate that to mentorship, efficiency and running a clean and safe construction site. Excellent record of leading a project from pre‑construction to completion. Ability to build relationships with not only the field staff, but also clients and other external stakeholders. Ability and proven experience to lead and motivate site crew of various sizes and scopes. Proven success in influencing a culture of positivity, ownership and reliability on site. Rewards The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000, adjusted for experience, plus a competitive bonus program based on project milestones.
