What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership: Serve as the primary technical authority in our Toronto office, bridging the gap between local execution and global technical strategy. What You Bring Experience: 8+ years in Software Engineering with at least 5+ years of experience managing multi‑disciplinary, cross‑functional teams (Frontend - Angular, Backend - Node and Mobile Development). Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Technical Breadth: Strong proficiency in modern system design, microservices architecture, and secure development practices (OWASP). Tooling: Hands‑on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). The iGaming Mindset: Experience in high‑uptime, regulated, or high‑transaction environments (iGaming, Fintech, or AdTech) is a significant asset.
