Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced y in the space of Senior Technical Developer with expertise in SQL, Azure, NAV & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and the broader Microsoft stack (Azure, Power Platform, .NET). In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering scalable ERP solutions, integrations, and custom extensions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to align solutions with business needs and enterprise architecture standards. Key Responsibilities Performance tuning with knowledge of NAV, SQL and code review, focusing on clients with performance issues using our performance tuning tools to analyse, diagnose and resolve code, ISV or configuration issues Analytical mind, curious, investigative in nature to find the route cause of performance issues Use your expert knowledge to create system interfaces using coding engines and various programming languages, as specified by user requirements and functional specifications. Understand how to interview end users to determine functional specifications, business requirements, and usability. Experience with programming utilities such as text editors, formatters, compilers, and debuggers. Design end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise applications and systems. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks aligned with project goals. Ensure architecture decisions support business objectives and maintain technical standards. Define best practices and patterns for integration, microservices, cloud, and security. Technical Leadership Performing development activities, add-in and version migrations, as well as execute integrations into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and engineers. Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Project Delivery Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to define and deliver project milestones. Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle. Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders and non-technical team members. Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to all relevant parties. Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or Software Engineering, or a related field 5-8 years direct work experience with Business Central/ NAV development – AL Extension, C/SIDE, C/AL Power Shell Script, JSON, DevOps SQL Server: DBA Skills; TSQL; Reporting Services Demonstrated knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies 3+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or lead developer role Strategic thinking and problem-solving Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Business acumen and stakeholder management Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment Qixas offers competitive salary packages, an incredible work environment, and career advancement opportunities.
