The primary purpose of this role is to creatively translate ideas, concepts, and messages into engaging visual expressions for print and digital media. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with various ministry teams, ensuring that the CA Church staff feel supported in visually representing their ministry goals. Key Responsibilities Create visual content (45%) Create visuals that clearly communicate content: Promotional materials (social media, web, postcards) Sermon series branding Print material (booklets, crafts, signage) Ensure that graphics align with the brand of CA Church. Maintain and upkeep website brand and content. Coordinate Social Media Posting (40%) Manage regular posting of engaging stories on Facebook and Instagram. Ensure social media aligns with other communication platforms (eNews, Weekend Announcements, Website, etc). Provide targeted graphic support to local food outreach programs, with a particular emphasis on immigrant and newcomer families. Create a plan for translating design projects to various languages. Requirements This role is made possible by a Canadian government grant (Canada Summer Jobs) that funds organizations to employ students in the summertime. The parameters of the job (eligible age, hours and duration, etc.) are set by the grant given to us: 35 hours per week.
