Senior Financial Analyst, Real Estate Accounting We are seeking aCPA-designatedfinance professional to support accounting and reporting activities related to real estate operations and development projects within a large, complex organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly financial results, including variance analysis against budget and prior periodsComplete journal entries, reconciliations, and quarterly reporting requirementsSupport accounting treatment for leases, capital projects, asset classifications, amortization, and impairmentsEnsure development and real estate projects are properly tracked from setup through completion liProvide technical accounting guidance in accordance with IFRSPartner with FP&A, tax, audit, and operational teams on reporting and compliance mattersIdentify process improvements, maintain internal controls documentation, and support continuous improvement initiativesAssist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projectsQualificationsCPA designation requiredDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplineExperience in a senior-level accounting or financial analysis role within a mid-sized or large organizationStrong knowledge of IFRS and complex accounting transactionsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with ERP and financial reporting systems such as PeopleSoft, HFM, or Smart View is considered an assetThis role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to large-scale real estate and corporate accounting initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
