Job Description Senior Product Designer Responsibilities Designing and iterating on user interfaces and experiences for AI-powered products, ensuring accessibility and usability in an evolving feature landscape Translating complex AI capabilities, model outputs, and algorithmic decisions into clear, intuitive user interactions and visual design systems Establishing design standards and best practices for AI-driven products across the organization, including guidelines for explainability, trust, and responsible AI visualization Collaborating with AI researchers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand technical constraints and business objectives, then synthesizing insights into compelling product strategies Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform iterative improvements in product experiences Mentoring junior designers and advocating for user-centered design within technical teams Staying current with emerging design patterns, tools, and industry best practices. Qualifications Strong experience in product, interface, or UX design with a solid portfolio demonstrating design excellence Proficiency in interface design principles, design systems, and modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) Experience designing user experiences for complex, data-intensive, or technical products Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, run usability tests, and use data to inform design decisions Strong business acumen with experience collaborating effectively across technical, product, and business teams Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to advocate for design within diverse environments Knowledge of design accessibility standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Familiarity with design-to-development handoff processes and modern development workflows What\'s in it for you?
