Job Overview You will be an Assistant Director, Internal Technology Assurance (IT Infrastructure Security) for a growing team, reporting to the Director of IT Internal Assurance. Your role includes planning and executing complex, risk‑based IT audits to strengthen controls, protect critical assets, and enhance resilience, covering cybersecurity, technology infrastructure, network operations, and cloud environments. Responsibilities Lead and conduct comprehensive IT audits covering cybersecurity operations, technology infrastructure, network controls, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) following IIA standards and applicable laws. Plan scope, programs, and audit procedures using a risk‑based approach; apply control frameworks such as NIST CSF, CSA controls, Mitre ATT&CK, and align tests with regulatory requirements. Hands‑on experience in cybersecurity operations, identity and access management, privileged access, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and infrastructure/network controls. Practical knowledge of control frameworks and regulatory requirements (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, COBIT, SOC 2, etc.). Experience with data‑analysis and scripting tools (SQL, Python, Power BI) for audit support and automated testing. Excellent project management and solution‑focused mindset. Proficiency in audit methodologies and strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the assurance field is a plus.
